• Prices are based on six people

• A deposit of $500 is required on all trips. The deposit is non-refundable if not cancelled within 30 days of the charter. In case of inclement weather, you may opt to re-book or have your deposit refunded.

• Absolutely no drugs allowed at any time. Violators will be reported to the U.S. Coast Guard.

• Drinking is permitted, but intoxication means immediate return to dock with loss of all fees paid.

• Dress appropriate for the weather conditions. Bring suntan lotion, hats and sunglasses. No hard-heeled shoes or glass containers allowed on board. All client coolers containing food and beverages will be emptied into boat's cooler and refrigerator.

Tipping Our boat, captain and mate are here to do everything in their power to make your trip enjoyable. Tipping the mate is customary and should be based on your discretion, 20% is typical.
